Presentation of IMC Student Groups Involved in the Project

Once more it is time to get to know the groups which work on the project a little bit better. The groups that we present this week are the Stakeholder Analysis Group and the Project Management Group.

Group Stakeholder Analysis

This group of four cares about the project’s stakeholders, which are individuals and organizations that are actively involved in the project, or whose interests may be affected by the project. The group’s task is to identify needs, interests and capabilities of stakeholders and to give information about possible threats and opportunities within the project. The outcome of the Stakeholder Analysis serves as basis for the final staging concept.

The members of this team are responsible for the coordination within all the project teams and the communication between the project coach Mr. Vrzal and the project teams. They were responsible for the successful project start phase and created the project manual. The controlling of the project is done by this team too, workshops and meetings are organized.  Finally they will also lead the project to its close-down.
