Presentation of IMC Student Groups Involved in the Project

It is time to get to know the Groups which work on the project a little bit better. In the next weeks you will learn about tasks and their contribution to the project. We start with the groups Destination Analysis and Target Group Analysis as their main work load takes place at the beginning of the project.

Destination Analysis Group

The task of these five students is to have a look at the destination Annaberg itself. That means they are gathering information about the history, environment, infrastructure, gastronomy etc. The results of this analysis are very important for all the other groups as they will base their further research and ideas on it.



Target Group Analysis Group

The first task of this group is to research about the current target group of Annaberg. Based on that research they have to define a future target group and the possible expectations of the guests considering of course summer and winter tourism in Annaberg. Other Groups like the Group Functional Analysis as well as the Group Touristic Staging depend on their outcomes!
